  • We will check the documents attached by you, If all documents are correct and readable, your registration will move to the processing stage.  
  • In the processing stage, the coupon will be sent to you email as well as to your registered mobile number.  
  • Do keep checking your Junk mail , Spam folders for the coupon code.  
  • In case your documents are incorrect / Not readable we will send you the missing details via email.  
  • For cases where you have registered for the offer but you have not received the ticket id, please send the following details

    4.) Date of registration :

    Our team will verify these details and if correct and present in the registration database and no ticket id/registration has been issued,
    Only in such cases, we will revert to you with the next steps.

Important Time Lines

  • 7-10 working days for generation of coupon code (If all documents are correct)  
  • 15-21 days for product delivery in case the coupon is redeemed at www.thedostore.com  
  • 15-21 days for Warranty updation in case extended warranty is redeemed

Important Points : No coupon received
While our Endeavour is to service you better. Here are some of the common reasons for the form being incomplete

  • Serial Number Proof : We need a photpgraph of the Serial number badge on the product packing which confirms that the product in your possession has the serial number as mentioned by you  
  • Invoice not correct in all respects
    • No Dealer Stamp.
    • Product Serial Number not mentioned.
    • Name on registration is different from the name on invoice
     
  • Documents uploaded are not readable , means that the SR number or any particulars are blurred.
